The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Prepare basic deliverables and products such as presentation materials, calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates related to structural engineering
Review applicable codes and criteria as required to support development and completion of projects
Assist lead engineer in design tasks as required
Minimum 2 years completion of an accredited Engineering program
Completion of classes in basic mechanical engineering including fluid mechanics, heat transfer, etc.
Strong technical writing skills and verbal communication skills
AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Micro Station drafting experience
Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software
Internship or co-op experience in Mechanical Engineering related work
A university student with no more than one academic year remaining before earning a degree preferred, these students are typically seniors in university. Contingent upon a positive performance review, a successful intern may receive an offer of full-time employment
