Promotes and provides strategic, recruitment services within Talent Acquisition for multiple positions and departments within Carilion Clinic. Ensures timely, accurate and consistent information is delivered with regard to projects and broader initiatives. Maintains a broad knowledge of all HR areas and activities, while demonstrating strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, creative sourcing, and use of social media, professional networks and implementation of strategic recruitment plans for assigned areas. Will serve as a role model/mentor and valued resource to other team members.
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Five (5) years of HR/related experience required. Two (2) years clinical recruitment experience preferred.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: None required. Relevant HR Certification preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Must possess excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Demonstrated analytical thinking and interpersonal skills. Must work well in a team environment and have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Success Factors (SAP) or equivalent applicant tracking system experience preferred. Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work on multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines and being flexible in an environment of changing priorities. Recruitment project management and reporting experience beneficial. Must be comfortable working with senior leadership. Experience working with a high volume of positions preferred.
